The early-access form will collect a first name, email address and explicit consent. Consultation booking will be handled through Cal.com once connected. Final retention, processor and rights wording will be supplied in the approved policy.

Marketing updates will use double opt-in and include an unsubscribe option. No early-access submission will be activated before the final privacy wording and email provider are configured.
